Nelson has received thousands of cases of voters who were registered Democrats who now show up as Independents, Republicans, or non-affiliated, making them ineligible to vote in the primary on April 19th, 2016.

  1. please investigate the suppression of military vote. By not sending military voters their absentee ballots in a timely manner it assures that as many as 250,000 of our service members will not have their votes counted. BTW, service members as a group tend to vote republican tickets. this happened in 08, and 2012. it's unconstitutional, illegal, amoral.

  2. Thank you for your work! we all have to get together and do something before they start to take our civil and constitution rights away.

  3. Whereas we the people are created equal, and
whereas we the people are endowed with certain inalienable rights, and
whereas we the people instituted a government to secure these rights, and
whereas we the people lay the foundation on such principles, and organize its power in such form, as to us shall seem most likely to effect the above objective, do require the following Bill of Rights for Voting Equality.

    1.
Each citizen of the United States at or exceeding the age of majority has the right to vote in any public election in the jurisdiction where he or she resides. That right shall not be denied or abridged by the United States, any State, agreement, person, or entity. After incarceration all rights shall resume.

    2.
    a) All citizens of the United States, residing in all states, shall have equal access, (the same requirements), to creating a political party and achieving a ballot line.
    b) All candidates and parties shall have equal time constraints to qualify for ballot access.
    c) All proofs will be received by a multi-partisan regulatory board, such as the Board of Elections.
    d) All citizens that desire to be candidates, shall register at their local Board of Elections.
    e) The Board of Elections shall divide equally, the campaign tools for election purposes. All tools must be properly labeled as having been provided by the revenue stream and not a direct private donation.
    f) Elections shall be publicly funded. No private money may be used for a public office, or seat in the government. The citizen must have full confidence that no bribery or appearance of bribery is taking place.

    3.
The District constituting the seat of Government of the United States shall elect Senators and Representatives in the Congress in such number and such manner as it would be entitled if it were a State.

    4.
All citizens must be able to verify that the vote has been counted accurately. All ballots must be counted by hand. All counting must be supervised by multi-partisan personnel and recorded.

    5.
    a) There shall be at least one Representative to each Thirty Thousand citizens, per state.

    d) Congress shall be unicameral, and the Senate shall be dissolved.

    6.

    7.
The Presidential/Vice-Presidential election shall be counted by (score or approval) counting.

  4. To ElectionJusticeUSA… Simple fact occurred to me. DNC "super delegates"… are illegal. They are not "elected" representatives. They are not specific representatives of the voters' expressed will. Unless they vote in strict conformity of the voter population of their state… their "super delegate" vote is a SECOND vote in an election. Voting TWICE is Voter Fraud.

  5. This is no joke. I wasn't able to vote in the primaries.. I am actually an independent, but I didn't actually register as an independent. In fact, I remember how long I took pondering whether or not I should actually register as independent or as one of the major parties.. in the end I registered democrat (even though I wasn't truly a democrat..). When I went to vote in the primaries they told me I wasn't eligible to vote because I was independent. I was heart broken because I volunteered and donated money to Sanders and then was told I couldn't vote..

  6. Could you please pass on to Shyla, that i think they can apply the Sherman Act in their case, since the act also applies to cartels and the potential harm to competition. Since the Supreme Court acknowledges Citizens United claim that money= speech. By this definition the BoE is in violation of that law, and the voters rights need to be returned.
I'm still working on the wording, but i think this might be the key to breaking voter obstructionism. It came to me as i am in progress in writing petitions to getting Independent parties on ballots in a number of states, and am trying to use as much of our Constitution and Federal laws as possible.

  7. How long will they take for investigation? they still have not come out with what caused Arizona voters suppression from more than a month a ago.. Are they gona finish investigation after primary election is done.

  8. It is all for show, and no other reason. New York has BEEN a closed primary, and if they CARED, they would have filed this much much sooner. Honestly, the primaries aren't even covered by voter laws and election laws, and can't be ruled by the courts as it is not the general election, it is a party convention process. Attention can be called, so that people can TRY to change the process, but it must be done publicly, and people have to push the leaders of the parties, because they are the ones who control the process. Basically, everything that people are complaining about DO need to change, and they are morally wrong, but they are not ILLEGAL due to this being a private election.

  9. It would be interesting to see what percentage of the purged democrats were eligible in AND voted for Hillary in 2008. If that percentage is statistically too low…then its obvious the purge had an intentional impact and puts the entire NY primary into serious doubt. If this is occurring across multiple states, then one can only conclude it's a conspiracy. Time to RICO their asses straight to a super MAX.

  10. Before I went to vote I check the BNC website that showed that I and my wife was registered but I was NOT shown as a registered voter. What happened??? Thankfully Nebraska allows same day registration so I could in fact vote. It should be that way EVERYWHERE IMO

  11. Are you math literate? Yes? Okay, NOW GET OVER YOURSELF YOU ARROGANT CUNTS! By the time you "know" the correlations the time for action will have passed, maybe USE GODDAMN COMMON SENSE! Bernie supporters were specifically targeted, our democracy was blatantly hijacked, but yeah, take your time you PC SJW retards. If Hilary was a man maybe people wouldn't be so hesitant to bury her under her own corruption…

  12. dam they are fixing the election again, we had enough stealing of the presidency,  bad enough black voters ballots get lost…… now all are being purged………..
