FH was a children’s developmental center and mental institution in Laurel, Maryland.

It was notorious for its poor conditions and abuse of patients. It opened its doors in 1925, and was shut down in 1991 by a federal court. There have since been numerous civil and class-action lawsuits involving patients and employees

During the early years, it was considered a state of the art facility. With a good reputation, this hospital set the standard for other states to follow. With declining conditions decades later, many patients filed lawsuits against the hospital for reasons of abuse, neglect, poor living conditions — even medical testing. A small morgue was all that stood between the patients and a cemetery on site where graves had been repeatedly uncovered by erosion.

THE STATE OF ARIZONA might want to think about filing a lawsuit against Mexico and the Mexican President to seek an upgrading of these areas of extreme poverty that exist throughout the Southwest. Since the Mexican President seems to think he has authority in America, it is time to get into the Mexican treasurery and get some of that Mexican gold to repair the autos parked along the tracks. While most of the residents along this area seem to be fairly happy with their lives, it seems a shame to ruin their lifestyles by pressing political issues. However, when a President of a foreign nation believes he has a right to make border policy, and is backed up by our own President, the two should get their heads together and see how we can use Mexican pesos to help out the Latino or Mexican population that live in the USA
